I have recently used For my petz for the first time and their prompt service was fabulous!! All enquiries were answered within 24hrs or less, I ordered the wrong size twice and it was never a problem! The correct size was sent out and were more than happy to keep 'the customer' happy!! Very impressed with their service, will use them in the future and recommend them to family & friends!! Thanks guys your doing a wonderful job!!

The shipping was quick, Very reliable service and the play pen was everything I expected and more. My Fur-baby LOVES her play pen and it’s sooo spacious and easy to set up. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you so much.

I placed my first order early in the new year. My order was processed very quickly, with wonderful service. The treats for my Zoe were the best quality, and the little treats for me, a wonderful surprise! Brendan and Dean provide wonderful service and it's clear they're passionate about pets. I highly recommend For My Petz for all your pet's needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Great Service. I phoned enquiring about a certain brand of dog food, they were very helpful. Explained to make it easier for me, to order online and it was delivered to our front door that evening. This was great as it was an 18kg bag. We will be using For My Petz Yarraville in future. Thanks very much.

Made an order hoping to do contactless pick-up. Brendan got in touch via phone and email the next day to inform me pick-up wasn't available with the current restrictions. Hearing the urgency of my order and being cognisant of AusPost delays, he was happy to point me toward his direct competitors who would've been able to do pickup and also offered a refund. Was very happy with how he handled the situation and FMP will now be top of my list next time I need something.

I bought the MOG and BONE cat dish in cool grey. The colour was exactly as shown in the photos and the bowls were very well made with good quality materials. I am very pleased with my purchase. Care was taken in sending them out as they were package for a safe journey. Will gladly buy from these guys again!

Absolutely awesome! Went above and beyond to get product to me in these challenging times - refunded postage for the delay and sent another product in the hopes it would reach me sooner than the delayed one...told me to keep both when they arrived! But best of all, they were prompt and personable in their responses; felt like I was being dealt with as a valued customer and person and that the needs of my pets were a priority as well!!! Will definitely, definitely shop with them again!
